 In the spirit of Thanks and Giving I would like to Thank each of you for your continued support and dedication to your yoga practice at Yoga Off Broadway. Each of you bring something special and unique to Yoga Off Broadway. I am grateful for your smiles, your suggestions, your friendly attitudes,and your dedication to your practice. It is so wonderful to see each of you grow in your yoga practice both on and off your mat.

Our yoga practice reminds us to be thankful for the blessings in our lives, the opportunities, and even the struggles. This weekend let us remember this sense of gratitude and let us give thanks for this awareness in our lives and the opportunity we have to practice yoga when many people in this world are simply struggling with how they will keep their family safe and fed. Let us use our blessings to pay it forward and give back. Let us not forget to express our gratitude for each of our blessings. 

In celebration of Giving please join us this Thanksgiving Day as we host a donation based practice on Thanksgiving Day from 8:30-10 AM. All proceeds from this practice will benefit Eagle County Fresh Approach. (YOB’s charity for this year). We will also be accepting canned food items for the Eagle County Food Bank which is greatly in need of food this time of year. 

Yoga Off Broadway is Thankful for you so on Friday after Thanksgiving we would like to Give back to you with yoga for only $5 from 9-10 am and the studio will be open from 8-11 AM (before and after class) with discounts on punch cards, retail, and new holiday specials.
