Chloe moved to Colorado in 2008 to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder. In 2012 she graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology, with the intention of taking a year off before returning to graduate school. Naturally life happened, Chloe had two children and a wedding during her “time off.” At a crossroads between returning to school or continuing to stay at home, Chloe’s path turned to yoga. As a firm believer in the power of healing both the mind and body through movement, Chloe immediately made the connection between yoga and mental health. Chloe began her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training under Yvonne Schwartz of Yoga Off Broadway. Chloe believes by becoming an instructor she is stepping into a longer, exciting journey of discovery and sharing the benefits of yoga for those struggling with stress and mental health disorders. Off the mat, Chloe enjoys running, hiking, attending concerts and spending time with her family. Life is an occasion, rise to it!
