The class ends with a cool down and svasana (the final resting pose). Yoga students are encouraged to work at their own level, to honor their body and their limitations and to go deeper when needed. * This class is heated between 80-85 degrees.
A restorative practice frequently relies on the use of props and the prolonged holding of a few simple poses to achieve a deep level of relaxation. This practice is suitable for all levels of students and is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Restorative yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Vinyasa yoga is a practice in which movement is synchronized to the breath. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. This practice welcomes all levels of yogis.
