Emily started practicing yoga in 2011 to deal with chronic aches and pains from an active life style. Since then she has completed two 200 hour yoga teacher trainings and is a Certified Baptiste Teacher. Emily began looking for new movements to bring into her practice and teaching and is enrolled in Buti Yoga Training. Her love of the outdoors and being active translates to her teaching style. Emily’s classes are playful and powerful, designed to strengthen, challenge and uplift her students. When not teaching or practicing yoga, she enjoys running, and skiing in the mountains with her dogs.
