Some of you have noticed that I have been struggling with my voice over the winter. I finally went to have it looked at and I have pretty severe vocal nodules. The treatment for this is to rest my voice as much as possible over the next 6 weeks so that I don't develop a polyp or cyst on my vocal chords (that would require surgery). That being said, I am going to be lessening my teaching class load at the studio for a few weeks so that I am not teaching more than one time a day, when I can help it. The majority of what I dropped from my class load was Buti and extra meetings 😉 I will be fine but just need to focus on rest in between teaching! So, please know if I am short on words when I see you in person I am listening but am trying not to speak more than necessary. See you all soon! With Love, Yvonne
